Augusta GA Personal Injury Attorney - Broken humerus claimed in personal injury suit

A woman claims her humerus was broken after she was rear-ended while stopped for a traffic control device.
Lindsay Moore filed a complaint May 20 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Archway Interior and Exterior Finishing Systems and Richard Naeger.
Moore says she was stopped on Illinois Route 156 in St. Clair County on Aug. 31, 2007, when Naeger, who was driving a motor vehicle for his employer, Archway, rear-ended her vehicle.
In addition to her broken humerus, Moore injured her neck, back and shoulders, sustained great pain and mental anguish and lost large sums of money because of her inability to pursue her normal occupation, the suit states. She also incurred medical costs of more than $50,000, the complaint says.
Naeger failed to keep a proper lookout for vehicles and failed to stop to prevent injuries to Green, she claims.
In the two-count suit, Green is seeking damages in excess of $100,000, plus costs.
